The Crew Course on Nova Safe is a hands-on training session designed to ensure that every participant understands how to navigate, update, and maintain the ship’s Safety Management System in daily operations.

Over approximately 3–4 hours, participants receive a thorough walkthrough of Nova Safe’s main features — including Control Panel, Unit Dashboard, Manuals, Crew, Certificates, Maintenance, checklists & forms, exercises and documentations such as Procedures, Risk Assessments and Contingency plans. 

Each participant who completes the course receives a personal diploma, confirming their training and practical knowledge of Nova Safe.

The SOLAS Training Manual in Nova Safe is developed in accordance with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and provides clear, vessel-specific instructions for safety equipment and emergency procedures.

The manual includes photos and descriptions of the actual safety equipment onboard, helping crew quickly identify and understand the correct use of lifeboats, lifejackets, fire extinguishers, emergency stations, and other vital systems.

It serves as both a training and reference tool, ensuring compliance with SOLAS requirements and enhancing safety awareness across the vessel.
